Smoke chamber is an indoor compact, fully automatic device designed for food industry for heat processing (reddening, drying, smoking, cooking, after cooking, air ventilating) of meat, meat products, poultry, fish and dairy products, which are placed on smoking trolley.

Technological process of heat treatment is controlled by control system that ensures operation of equipment. The control system enables arrangement of the technological process section of the heat treatment of the product according to the customer‘s requirements. Thanks to the control system, there is minimal loss of product weight.

Our smoke chambers have a suction fan for each trolley, which ensures perfect airflow inside the chamber and also ensures perfect distribution of temperatures, humidity and smoke from the smoke generator.

Our Smoke chambers are supplied in standard execution with the frequency converter of the suction fans, which enables a flexible adjustment of the fan speed for individual sections of the technological process, which ensures maximum process efficiency!

The chambers are supplied with an automatic washing system as standard and are equipped with a controled smoke generator, which rips the smoking medium (wood chips) by itself or switches on the medium heating spiral based on the sensed temperatures. Smoke generator can be in versions: wooden chips, friction or liquid smoke.

Our smoke chambers allow control of the process by Delta-T method. The customer can save up to 99 programs, with 99
programs available in each program! The robust construction ensures perfect insulation and long service life.
