Cooking chamber is an indoor compact, fully automatic device designed for food industry for heat processing – cooking, after cooking (showering, air ventilating) according to requests from customer also for baking of meat, meat products, poultry, and fish.

Technological process of heat treatment is controled by control system that ensures operation of equipment.

The control system enables arrangement of the technological process section of the heat treatment of the product according to the customer‘s requirements.

Our cooking chambers are supplied in standard execution with the frequency converter of the suction fans, which enables a flexible adjustment of the fan speed for individual sections of the technological process, which ensures maximum process efficiency!

If the customer have request that the chambers are used also for baking of the product, these chambers are made of reinforced stainless steel plates and with additional heating. The baking temperature is up to 220°C. The air flow in the chamber can be both vertical or horizontal.

The control system enables to control the cooking process by different temperatures – the so-called Delta T. The robust construction ensures perfect insulation and long service life.
